The minimum expenditure needed to take over space in the restaurant would vary depending on time and day of your event and the number of people. Choose 6 items for cocktail events-if you would like to offer more-please inquire on possible price changes. Average the price from category pricing to determine cost per person.

$22 per head for 2 hours add $10 each additional hour
